No, the paint is resistant, but you need to take some care not to scratch the mouse, such as removing rings, for example, or anything that could eventually scratch the surface. Splashing liquids such as water will also not damage the paint, but be careful not to damage the mouse’s electronic components.
In some mouse models that have an illuminated RGB logo, such as those from Razer or Fanatech, for example, it is possible to replace the logo with the image chosen by the customer, while maintaining the lighting.
In Logitech mice, it is not possible to change the lighting, only to paint another image over it containing the lighting.
After customization, every mouse is tested before being sent to the customer. We offer a 3-month warranty for the paint and any mouse parts that have been replaced by Customice, as long as no misuse is found. However, since the mouse will be purchased by the customer, Customice cannot offer a warranty for the other components of the mouse.
Yes. The Customice team are available to provide technical assistance for issues related to paint or parts replaced during customization, but it is necessary to request a quote for the cost and shipping.
No, some specific scroll wheel models do not support the silicone ring. If you have chosen the silicone ring and it is not possible to place it on your mouse, Customice will refund the money for this item.
Cleaning can be done with a damp cloth or alcohol, our paint and varnish are extremely resistant and can be cleaned without worries.
